We have each lived through our own Phoenix Eras and will use our experience to help guide you through yours. Our unique triad approach integrates narrative, somatic, and energetic healing to uncover root causes, shift patterns, and create lasting behavioral change. Most of all, though, we believe in empowering you so that you can carry yourself through difficult times. We will bestow you with a lasting skill set that increases your internal capacity for transformation and lays a solid foundation of resilience.

Each session is a one hour virtual meeting with you and your healers. After an initial introduction, we will work energetically and somatically on you for ~20-30 mins. Following that, we will share with you what was seen, felt, heard, and shifted. If appropriate, we may share follow-on practices to deepen the healing after the session.​

**For bookings**  We use Zelle for payment, so you will not pay on this site. Please use the calendar on the bookings page to choose a date and time that works for you. After you request the day/time for your booking, you'll receive an email with a QR code for Zelle payment and a note that your appointment is pending. As soon as payment is received (within 24 hours), we'll confirm your session!​
